Welcome to HAN BUILT, your Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. My name is Neil Hanley and I am passionate about helping people in the community improve their physical fitness and strength.
MY MISSION
My work is dedicated to those people in the community particularly between the ages of 40,50, 60 and 70+ years. I am in my mid-fifties and understand the importance of maintaining good physical shape to ensure we lead a good quality active life as we age.
As the saying goes:

I strongly believe in a holistic approach towards achieving this, combining regular exercise, good nutrition and a positive mindset. Whether that is returning from a lay off or recovery from an injury, taking those steady, consistent steps in a safe and effective manner will lead to sustainable results.
